Officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2019, we are the first Real Estate Investment Trust to be successfully listed in Hong Kong since 2014 and the first REIT to be managed by a state-owned corporation of People's Republic of China.

Property Portfolio

China Merchants Commercial REIT has a property portfolio of six high-quality commercial properties located in the Shekou Industrial Zone of Shenzhen, in the Greater Bay Area of China and one in the CBD of Beijing, comprising two Grade-A office towers, three Grade-B office complexes and a shopping mall. All our properties enjoy convenient access to public transportation networks and parking facilities. As of 31 December 2022, the gross rentable area of our properties was 290,223 sq. m.
