WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY
The Manager is committed to maintaining high ethical standards and CMC REIT has zero-tolerance of corruption and fraud. Our whistle-blowing policy applies to all stakeholders including employees, service providers, suppliers and tenants.
To report suspected corruption, fraudulence, misconduct or malpractice, please complete the form below:

All reports so received will be delivered directly to the Head of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and nobody else. Upon receipt of the report, the requisite investigations will be conducted. The results of all such investigations will be reported to Board of Directors without undue delay.
At all times confidentiality will be maintained and the Head of the Audit Committee will conduct his/her investigations in a manner that protects the identity of the whistleblower. Whistleblowers can thus send in their reports without fear of reprisal. We prefer that whistleblower reports are not made anonymously to facilitate follow-up and further investigations.
